Pricing & Payment Terms

At the time of checkout or order confirmation, each product listing will clearly indicate whether:

  • Payment is due in full, or

  • A payment plan is available, including applicable terms

Payment terms must be agreed upon prior to order fulfillment.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • ACH transfer

  • Debit or credit card (processing fees may apply)

  • Cashier’s check

  • Cash (local transactions only, when approved)

Orders may not be released, shipped, or delivered until payment requirements are satisfied.

Full Container Shipments

Pricing for containers includes fees for customs clearance and transportation to the port in Long Beach, CA.  Additional shipping fees will be charged for transportation to location of choice (So Cal). These terms will be discussed individually upon purchase.


No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We will review the situation and work with you in good faith to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, credit, or other mutually agreed solution.

Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery, along with supporting documentation (photos, delivery details, etc.).
